As a pilot, instructor, and designated pilot examiner, my actions are geared to make each thing we do lead to the safest flight possible. To do this, one needs to look at a license to fly a helicopter as a starting point to learn. It is imperitive that each of us work every single day to improve our knowledge, skills, and abilities. By implementing this continuous improvement process, we together are making our actions safe for us as pilots, our passengers, and the community over which we fly.
